Celeste is the Director of Compliance for Beacon Property Services, LLC. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Compliance as it pertains to HUD, LIHTC and TEB for the properties in the companies portfolio.

Celeste joined Beacon in April 2021 with almost 30 years experience in multi-family development, acquisition, compliance and asset management as well as residential/single family management. Prior to joining Beacon, Celeste worked in several markets including Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, DC. She brings with her a range of knowledge in lease-ups, occupancy challenged, LIHTC, HOME, HUD, TEB, Condo, HOA management as well as asset acquisitions to include due diligence and actual management takeover.

Over the years Celeste has served on the Board for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Charleston Chapter, Business Network International (BNI) Board for the FAST Chapter in Columbia. She also holds the CPM designation through Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has been a member of NAA and several local chapters.. She is currently a SC Licensed Property Manager In Charge with the SC Real Estate Commission. She also holds the Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation through the National Center of Housing Management (NCHM) and the Housing Credit Certified (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders (HAHB).
